The franchise offered is for the establishment and operation of a business providing a wine retail and on/premise consumption venue where customers can experience and explore new wines using the latest in wine service technology. Our Wine Tasting Cafes allow customers to self-serve wine by the ounce, half glass or glass, through the use of a prepaid debit style smart card in a relaxed, intimate and upscale atmosphere and we also offer a menu of delicious tapas-style dishes.
Cavas Wine Tasting Room Cafe owners will be granted a territory (called an “area of primary responsibility” or “area”), defined by zip codes or other physical, political or natural boundaries.
The initial term of the Franchise Agreement is five years from the date the Franchise Agreement is signed. The franchise is renewable for three successive terms of five years each, providing you have complied with the provisions of the Franchise Agreement. |
